Personal Training offers you flexibility. Choose whether to train 1 to 1, with a friend or two, or get together in a whole group.
You can train at home, in the park or at the office, wherever it is most convenient.

 

If your muscles are fatigued try a sports massage or opt for a relaxing Swedish body massage.

The consultation gives you a chance to discuss your personal objectives,exercise, health and injury history, with your potential trainer.Chris will then inform you of the services she can offer to help you achieve those objectives. The decision then lies with you.

If you prefer a face to face consultation then link it with a health appraisal in your own home or place of  your own choosing.

 

Physical Assessment and Programmes.

Once you make the decision to proceed along the personal training route, you undergo a health assessment which is necessary to optimise your safety during training. This involves a few simple non-invasive tests looking at resting heart rate, blood pressure, lung function, weight and body composition.

You may also wish to participate in a fitness assessment looking at cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength, endurance and flexibility.

These assessments provide baslines for future comparisons and ,along with your personal objectives, will be used to help formulate your personal training programme.

Nutrition

This is a vital part of any exercise programme. Without good nutrition your body will not be able to function at it`s best and you will not achieve the goals youe desire no matter what they are. 

A 7 day food diary analysis can help to identify areas for improvement in order for you to achieve an optimal nutrition status and there will not be a diet in sight!
