Personal training is 1 to 1, groups or teams. The activity can vary from walking to running, circuit training, weight training, core training, aerobics, boxercise and sports specific training. Your trainer comes to you in your own home, place of work a or team training ground and will bring the necessary equipment for you to use and loan if necessary. If you decide that you wish to purchase your own equipment your trainer can advise you. NB.Your trainer does not have access to a gym as this incurs extra cost which must then be passed onto the client. Some clients may prefer to train at a gym which is possible if they are willing to pay the trainer costs. CLASSES Aerobics, Tai-Bo and circuit classes can be organised for groups who prefer this type of training. This would be suited to schools and places of work.
